Personal brand is made up of two components:-
a)  Inner. :Self perception and what you think you are
b). Outer : what you wear,makeup,clothes, accessories,the way you present yourself ,the way you               speak.

Wearing gaudy clothes gives you a lively fashionable look but a poor selection of clothes give you a simple carefree look.So lets select a dress code that has much to add up to our Brand.

Communicate well:speak out your achievements:-
Be confident about yourself and communicate your achievements.People around you may  know you but not everyone in each department or say in society everywhere ,so use an elevator pitch to promote yourself .Speak out about your achievements. make people realize that you are useful and an authentic source of knowledge.You carry  the expertise. This will help you to fetch proper jobs and desired assignments .

Develop broad social networks with people of your work area:-
Develop a social network.get connected with people .This will help you to be more understanding of the situations and also catch better opportunities in the world around.Also it will help you to develop loyalty with the people.It will work as a resource to you in situations you need  help.

Remain true to yourself,do not imitate any one
Promoting anyone else is better than to promote self.Be the first copy of your own self . Sooner or later people connect you with some you promote rather than becoming your own brand.

Invest in self
Obsolescence is a curse in this  fast changing world.Let us be updated. If required invest or select some free online medium or course to update yourself to the new trends.This will keep you updated and acquainted with the latest developments in your industry.

Share your ideas publicly
It is important for you to be expressive about what have been your accomplishments ,what are your views about a particular happening.Be positive when you speak and do not let words go hay wye .Be firm and confident.Promote but gently.

Write content to promote
Write content in form of blogs,tweet,books to promote yourself.In this way you will develop credibility and trust among st the people.
You shall have something to add up to your achievements every time you apply for a post in your field or when you are being publicly introduced.

Keep promises
When you keep up to your words people actually think positive about you and you also develop a rapport and trust with them .So, keep promises else you shall never grow.
Remember authenticity , credibility and trust go hand in hand.If you are not authentic how will people trust you.

Be Consistent
Remember failures will occur but we have to proceed with a positive attitude and consistently A continuous effort in the form of your dialogue,actions and behaviors is sure to fetch the best.do not give up.
Bottom line is
