How to practise Mindfulness in Distractions
Studies reveal that people who are chronically under stress have lower levels of engagement with the present moment and MIND WANDERING which ultimately leads to exhaustion coupled by negative moods cyclically.
But is there a way around I can make for MYSELF to be in PEACE? Can I stop Situations to TAKE OVER ME?Oh Yes,Definitely

MINDFULNESS??
Mindfulness is the innate capability of our MIND .It is a state wherein we are AWARE of oneself, fully PRESENT to witness the things around us ,of what we are doing ,to be the MASTER OF ONESELF and not a slave of Situations that may overwhelm.
When we are,
- Living in the Present
- Attending what is happening to and around us.
- Directly Experiencing our thoughts and emotions.
- Non judgmental to the things around us .
- Feel our senses as they are working.
We are Mindful as our mind is empty of useless thoughts .We have waken up our mental,emotional and physical processes and at peace with ourselves.
Can Mindfulness effect our performance?
YES,Mindfulness is known to effect the performance levels to extents.When we are mindful we reduce STRESS. This in turn makes us focused to grasp things .Further,it improves our decision making power. It will strengthen us to face overwhelming situations calmly. After all ,
"Calmness is the Cradle of power"
Not only this a calm mind is more creative,optimistic and productive. It tends to see issues from a broader aspect and respond positively. Conversely,a mind always tangled in past gets exhausted and shows inconsistent fruition.
How can mindfulness be developed?

It may sound hectic for our busy schedule but it isn't. I would never suggest you to start up a new struggle in your mind for a time search devoted to yourselves.But,a couple of minutes is enough.You can do it even while you are walking, sitting,lying down or out enjoying the serenity of nature.Lets put it in simple steps for beginners:-
- Sit comfortably preferably in a silent place.
- Set time limit(lets begin with 2 minutes).
- Let your consciousness be in your forehead between your eyebrows(chakra)
- Now keep a watch on your breath.
- Mind will wander accept it.
- Like a careful guard bring it back.
- Relax ,yo have to be a friend to yourself.
This is a magical practice that will soon empty your mind off negative thoughts and increase acceptance. Moreover,you will start living in Present.
